MALVERN NAIL SALON POLICY

1. Appointments & Cancellations

  • We kindly ask all clients to book appointments in advance via phone, website, or in person.

  • Cancellations or reschedules must be made at least 24 hours before your appointment.

  • Late cancellations (less than 24 hours notice) may incur a cancellation fee or require a deposit for future bookings.

  • If you arrive more than 15 minutes late without notice, your appointment may be cancelled and counted as a no-show.

  • Repeated no-shows or cancellations may result in refusal of future bookings.

2. Payments & Pricing

  • All prices listed on the website or in-store are indicative and may vary based on technician, materials, or custom design requests.

  • Payment methods: cash, card, or other accepted options available at the salon.

  • Extra fees (e.g. nail art, charms, stones, design changes) will be discussed before starting.

  • No refunds are issued for completed services unless covered under our warranty policy.

  • Vouchers and promotions are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

3. Service Quality & Warranty

  • We guarantee professional service, high-quality materials, and strict hygiene standards.

  • If your nail enhancement lifts, chips, or breaks within 7 days due to product fault, please return for a free repair.

  • Warranty does not apply to issues caused by misuse, accidental damage, or improper aftercare.

  • Please check your nails before leaving the salon — concerns should be raised immediately.

4. Materials & Allergies

  • Clients must inform us of any allergies, skin sensitivities, medical conditions, or pregnancy before service.

  • We reserve the right to refuse service if there’s a potential health risk.

  • All tools are cleaned and sanitised according to Australian hygiene standards.

  • The salon is not liable for reactions that occur beyond our control after you leave the premises.

5. Photos & Social Media

  • We may take photos of our work (e.g. your nails or hands) for marketing purposes.

  • If you prefer not to be photographed, please let us know before or during your service.

  • We respect your privacy and will never share personal images without consent.

6. Cleanliness & Safety

  • Please arrive on time and keep your hands and feet clean before your appointment.

  • For safety reasons, no food or large drinks are allowed inside the salon area.

  • We maintain strict cleaning, disinfection, and hygiene practices between clients.

  • Disruptive or inappropriate behaviour will not be tolerated.

7. Privacy & Data Protection

  • We collect basic personal information (name, phone, email, service history) for booking and service improvement only.

  • Your data is securely stored and will never be shared with third parties without your consent.

  • You may request correction or deletion of your personal information at any time, unless retention is required by law.

8. Disclaimer & Limitations

  • Results may vary depending on individual nail/skin condition and lifestyle.

  • The salon cannot guarantee identical results to sample photos or designs.

  • We are not responsible for indirect damages or losses related to service outcomes (e.g. chipped nails causing delays or missed events).

  • By using our services, you acknowledge and accept these normal service-related risks.
